BCR repertoire analysis on long COVID patients.
Hi! I'm Jo, a Master's student in Digital Health at the Hasso Plattner Institute, currently writing my thesis at Stanford University School of Medicine (Snyder Lab) on BCR repertoire analysis on long COVID patients.
Before academia, I founded multiple companies across digital health, personalized medicine, agri-tech, and hardware — from scaling Cada Health to $2M ARR, to leading the most commercial drone flights in East Africa with Lima Labs, to co-founding a pharmacogenomics startup with the Director of Biomathematics at the Stanford Genome Technology Center.
My research interests span:
BCR repertoire analysis on long COVID patients.
Building ventures in explainable AI, photonic systems, and advanced imaging.
Collaborating on clinical trial analytics in digital health.

Throughout the year I collect songs — tracks that catch something I can't quite name. When enough of them accumulate, I mix them into a single continuous set. It's an exercise in listening, in finding the thread between two records that didn't know they belonged together.
When I'm not building companies or doing research, I'm most likely on two wheels.
